摘要
燃煤电厂常规管壳式低温省煤器已有大量应用,但其磨损泄漏对机组的安全稳定运行和污染物排放都造成了很大的影响,市场上亟需一种可实现无冷却水泄漏的换热器升级改造方案。本文从热管式低温省煤器的技术原理出发,分析了其替代原有低温省煤器的技术手段的可行性,并以某660MW机组应用新型热管低温省煤器为例进行了介绍。运行效果表明,热管低温省煤器是一种可靠的低温省煤器升级改造技术,为其他燃煤电厂烟气余热利用装置的安全运行升级改造提供了借鉴。
Conventional shell-and-tube low-temperature economizers have been widely used in coalfired power plants,but their wear and leakage have a great impact on the safe and stable operation of the unit and pollutant emissions.There is an urgent need in the market for an upgrading and transformation scheme for heat exchanger that can achieve zero leakage of cooling water.Based on the technical principle of the heat-pipe-type low-temperature economizer,this paper analyzed the feasibility of replacing the original low-temperature economizer by the technology,and introduced the technology by taking the application of a new heat-pipe low-temperature economizer in a 660MW unit as an example.According to the operation results,the heat-pipe low-temperature economizer is a reliable technology for the upgrading and transformation of low-temperature economizer technology,which can provide reference for the safe upgrading of flue gas waste heat utilization devices in other coal-fired power plants.
