摘要
网络药理学是一门基于系统生物学理论的新学科,主要内容为对生物系统的网络分析,选取特定信号节点进行多靶点药物分子设计。近年来,网络药理学在中医药领域研究使用频繁,主要强调对信号通路的多途径调节、提高药物的治疗效果、减少毒副作用,从而提高新药临床试验的成功率。文章将从网络药理学的研究进展、单味中药研究现状、复方中药研究应用等方面对近几年来网络药理学在中药及其复方中的应用情况进行概述。
Network pharmacology is a new subject based on the theory of systems biology.Its main content is network analysis of biological system and multi-target drug molecular design by selecting specific signal nodes.In recent years,network pharmacology has been used frequently in the field of traditional Chinese medicine,which mainly emphasizes the multi-channel regulation of signal pathways,improving the therapeutic effect of drugs,reducing toxic and side effects,so as to improve the success rate of clinical trials of new drugs.This article will summarize the application of network pharmacology in traditional Chinese medicine and its compound prescription in recent years from the aspects of research progress of network pharmacology,research status of single traditional Chinese medicine and research and application of compound traditional Chinese medicine.
