“双高计划”视域下高职导游专业群德技并修育人机制探究 被引量:4

On Technology and Morality Combined Education Mechanism for Tour Guide Professional Group in Higher Vocational Colleges Viewed from China’s Double-high Education Project

摘要 当前高职导游专业育人现状,存在课程设置德技分离,培养过程重技轻德,评价方式维度不足等问题。提出以“双高计划”专业群建设要求为引领,明确“立德强技”具体要求,提出“1+X”证书破壁垒,育训结合重德育,产教融合修德技,证赛结合提后劲,多维评价应需求,公益实践树匠心等建设路径。 Currently,many problems exist in the tour guide professional eduacation in higher vocational colleges,such as the separation of morality and technology in the curriculum,the emphasis on technology over morality in the training process,and the lack of evaluation dimensions.Guided by the construction requirements of the double-high-planned professional group,this paper comes up with some construction paths,including clarifying the specific requirements of building morality and strengthening technology,breaking the barriers by“1+X”certificates,combining education with moral education,cultivating morality and technology by integrating production and education,combining certificates with competitions,and adopting multi-dimensional evaluations,etc.
