摘要
针对新冠肺炎疫情防控工作的常态化,建立一体化监控和智能化运维服务平台实现对医院业务运行环境和运用状态的监控管理,将以技术、设备为导向的被动故障应对转变为以服务、流程为导向的主动运维服务,使原来孤立分散的事务管理转变为统一标准的流程管理,确保业务系统的可用性和连续性,有效防止了计划外停机故障的发生,提高了工作效率和管理水平,提升了临床、医技科室在信息化方面的满意度,为新冠肺炎疫情防控工作提供有力的技术支撑。
In response to the normalization of the COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control work,an integrated monitoring and intelligent operation and maintenance service platform has been established to realize the monitoring and management of the increasingly complex business operating environment and operation status in the hospital,and the passive failure response based on technology and equipment For service and process-oriented active operation and maintenance services,the original isolated and scattered transaction management is transformed into a unified standard process management to ensure the availability and continuity of the business system,effectively preventing the occurrence of unplanned downtime failures and improving work The efficiency and management level have improved the satisfaction of clinical and medical technology departments with regard to informatization,and provided strong technical support for the prevention and control of the COVID-19 epidemic situation.
