摘要
柔性教育对新工科背景下地方本科院校专业学位研究生培养具有重要意义。从构建机械工程专业学位研究生柔性培养体系、设置机械工程专业学位研究生柔性课程框架、开展与应用特色学科相融合的柔性学科方向交叉人才培养、打造机械工程专业学位研究生柔性师资队伍等方面进行了探析,以期推动机械工程专业学位研究生培养的可持续高效发展。
Under the background of new engineering,it is very significant for professional degree postgraduate cultivation to take flexible education in local undergraduate universities.In this paper,it is explored for mechanical engineering professional degree postgraduates from the construction of flexible cultivation system,the setting of flexible curriculum framework,the development of flexible subject direction cross-cultivation integrated with applied characteristic disciplines,and the building of flexible teaching staff,which promote the sustainable and efficient development of mechanical engineering professional degree postgraduates cultivation.
