摘要
采用双壁钢围堰施工方法已成为现代大跨度桥梁大体积深水基础施工的主要方法。通过工程实例,研究在特定条件下,即对于水深较深、河床为V形裸岩、承台处于半悬空半嵌岩状态、钢围堰存在大落差悬空吊脚、深水基础汛期施工等条件下的双壁钢围堰优化设计及施工技术,主要介绍V形河床钢围堰悬空吊脚楔形块结构设计及施工、钢围堰封底、汛期防倾覆等施工技术及控制要点。
The construction method of double-wall steel cofferdam has become the main method for the construction of the deep-water foundation of the modern long-span bridges.In this paper,the optimal design and construction technology of double-wall steel cofferdam under specific conditions is studied.The specific conditions are the deep-water depth,the V-shaped bare rock riverbed,the semi suspended or semi embedded rock bearing platform,the large drop of steel cofferdam suspending pile,and the construction of deep-water foundation in flood season.This paper mainly introduces the structural design and construction of V-shaped river riverbed steel cofferdam with the suspending pile,the construction technology and control points of steel cofferdam bottom sealing and anti-overturning in flood season.
