摘要
在总结地铁车辆段上盖开发振动与噪声特点的基础上,调研了全国多个城市车辆段上盖开发采取的措施,并对车辆段减振降噪控制措施使用的条件进行了研究。建议库内线首选控制车速不大于5 km/h和焊接接头的措施,困难时考虑采用在结构下部铺设减振垫或者减振扣件类措施;库外线首先考虑道砟加厚措施和减振接头夹板措施,困难时考虑采用铺设梯形轨枕或者减振垫,道岔区考虑采用加厚减振垫;试车线首选减振垫,困难时考虑采用钢弹簧浮置板。建议后期上盖开发工程充分考虑上盖振动及噪声影响区域,统筹考虑上盖开发的业态分布,采取综合的减振降噪措施,在工程实施中分阶段采取减振降噪措施,并对目前的道岔区有害空间的振动噪声进行优化。
Summarize the characteristics of vibration and noise control,and investigates the measures in many cities on the development of subway depot superstructure.It researches the conditions of using the control measures to reduce vibration and noise in vehicle depots.It is suggested that controlling vehicle speed not more than 5 km/h and wilding joint should be preferred in the inner line of the depot.In the case of difficulties,the damping fastener or damping pad is used.The thickened ballast and rail vibration absorber joint plate should be considered first measures for the outer line,in case of difficulty,consider using ladder sleeper and damping pad,and thickened damping pad can be used in the turnout.Damping pad is preferred for testing line,and steel spring floating plate is taken in the difficult situation.It is suggested that the property development project in the later period should take full account of the upper-cover vibration and noise impact area,consider the distribution of the property development as a whole,adopt comprehensive measures to reduce vibration and noise,and adopt measures to reduce vibration and noise in stages during the project implementation.It is suggested that the vibration and noise of the existing harmful space in turnout area should be optimized.
