摘要
目的探讨血浆ProGRP、HSP90α对SCLC诊断及治疗的价值。方法选择SCLC患者75例,NSCLC患者50例,分别测定两组血浆ProGRP及HSP90α浓度。结果SCLC组ProGRP、HSP90α浓度均高于NSCLC组(P<0.01);SCLC患者局限期ProGRP明显低于广泛期(P=0.029);二者联合检测对SCLC诊断的敏感性和特异性分别为87%、96%;SCLC患者化疗两周期后,缓解组ProGRP浓度明显低于化疗前(P<0.01),其他变化均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论血浆ProGRP及HSP90α浓度检测对SCLC的诊断及治疗具有重要的参考价值。
Objective To investigate the value of plasma ProGRP and HSP90αin the diagnosis and treatment of SCLC.Methods A total of 75 SCLC patients and 50 NSCLC patients were selected,and the plasma concentrations of ProGRP and HSP90αwere measured in the two groups.Results The concentrations of ProGRP and HSP90αin the SCLC group were higher than those in the NSCLC group(P<0.01).The limited-stage ProGRP in patients with SCLC was significantly lower than the extensive stage(P=0.029).The sensitivity and specificity of the combined detection of the two for the diagnosis of SCLC were 87%and 96%.After two cycles of chemotherapy in SCLC patients,the concentration of ProGRP in the remission group was significantly lower than before chemotherapy(P<0.01).No other changes are statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The detection of plasma ProGRP and HSP90αconcentration has important reference value for the diagnosis and treatment of SCLC.
