摘要
目的:研究乳香的薄层色谱鉴别方法,为乳香的质量控制提供依据。方法:采用薄层色谱法对乳香中所含成分进行定性鉴别。结果:不同产地和批次乳香所含成分与对照药材所含成分基本相同。结论:本法操作简便,重复性好,效果明显、稳定。
Objective:To provide the reference for quality control of Ruxiang by studying its TLC identification.Methods:TLC was used to perform qualitative identification of Ruxiang.Results:The ingredients contained in Ruxiang from different places and batches were basically the same as that of the control.Conclusion:The method is simple,reproducible,effective and stable.
