摘要
子宫内膜异位症是一种雌激素依赖性进展性疾病,该病的发生发展多与内膜细胞的自噬和凋亡机制相关。子宫内膜异位症患者通过抑制内膜细胞凋亡水平来保护细胞并促进细胞增殖,从而促进子宫内膜异位症发生。但自噬在子宫内膜异位症中是“敌”是“友”仍旧存在争议。低水平和高水平自噬在子宫内膜异位症病灶中都有观察到,并可通过不同的方式抑制凋亡进而促进子宫内膜异位症的发生发展。故子宫内膜异位症中自噬与凋亡的相互关系以及自噬的表达水平仍需不断探索。
Endometriosis is an estrogen-dependent progressive disease,the occurrence and development of the disease are mostly related to the autophagy and apoptosis mechanisms of endometrial cells.Patients with endometriosis promote the occurrence of endometriosis by inhibiting the level of apoptosis of endometriosis cells to protect cells and promote cell proliferation.However,the role of autophagy in endometriosis is still controversial.However,whether autophagy is an“enemy”or a“friend”in endometriosis is still controversial.Both low and high levels of autophagy have been observed in endometriosis lesions,and can promote the development of endometriosis via inhibiting apoptosis in different ways.Therefore,the relationship between autophagy and apoptosis in endometriosis and the expression level of autophagy still need to be explored continuously.
