摘要
子宫内膜异位症是临床常见妇科疾病之一,由于其临床症状出现较晚且缺乏特异性及敏感性,严重影响内异症的诊断及早期干预。近几年,代谢组学技术广泛用于内异症的研究,本文旨在总结近些年代谢组学技术在内异症中的研究进展,并归纳内异症患者的卵泡液、血清、尿液及内膜组织等方面的相关生物标志物,并对其代谢组学特征进行阐述。
Endometriosis is one of the most common gynecological diseases in clinical practice.Due to its late onset of clinical symptoms and lack of specificity and sensitivity,the diagnosis and early intervention of endometriosis are seriously affected.In recent years,metabonomics technology has been widely used in the study of endometriosis.This paper aims to summarize the research progress of metabonomics technology in endometriosis in recent years,and summarize the biomarkers related to follicular fluid,serum,urine and intimal tissue of endometriosis patients,and elaborate their metabonomics characteristics.
