摘要
一百年来,中国共产党领导下的我国高等教育历经了新民主主义革命时期的起步阶段、社会主义建设初期的探索阶段、改革开放以来的大发展阶段以及党的十八大以来的内涵式发展阶段四个发展时期,实现了从无到有,从少到多,从外延式发展向内涵式发展的适应性转变,建成了世界最大规模的高等教育体系,成就了一部波澜壮阔的史诗。汲取百年来中国共产党领导与创办高等教育的历史基本经验,站在历史的新方位上展望未来,我们要始终坚持党对高等教育工作的全面领导,坚持把立德树人作为根本任务,坚持扎根中国大地办大学,坚持世界一流的建设目标,坚持走内涵式发展道路,坚持以改革创新引领高等教育的发展方向,坚持提升高等教育服务经济社会发展能力,坚持推动高等教育公平。
Over the past one hundred years,the development of higher education under the leadership of the Chinese Communist Party has gone through the initial stage of the new democratic revolution,the exploration period of the initial stage of socialist construction,the period of great development since the Reform and Opening-up,and the period of intensive development since the 18 th National Congress of the Chinese Communist Party.It has realized from scratch the adaptable transformation,from extension development to intension development,and built the world’s largest higher education system,which marks a magnificent epic.Learning from the basic historical experience of the Chinese Communist Party’s leadership and founding of higher education in the past century,facing the profound and complex environment of development,and looking forward to the future,we must adhere to the party’s overall leadership of higher education,the fundamental task of establishing morality,the establishment of universities in China,the goal of constructing world-class universities,the path of intension development,the leading role of higher education in reform and innovation,the improvement of the ability of higher education in serving economic and social development,and the promotion of higher education equity.
