摘要
目的:研制基于我国国情的老年人长期照护需求评估问卷,并检验其信度和效度。方法:根据《国际功能、残疾和健康分类》(ICF)概念框架,结合前期构建的功能视角下老年人长期照护需求评估分级指标体系编制问卷,完成对5名专家的咨询及40名老年人的预调查后,用形成的问卷初稿对重庆市4个社区、5个养老机构的456名老年人进行问卷评估,测定问卷的信效度。结果:形成的老年人长期照护需求评估问卷包括躯体功能、自理能力、精神心理状况、社会功能4个子量表、12个维度、40个条目。总问卷的Cronbach'sα系数为0.890,各子量表的Cronbach'sα系数为0.641~0.808,折半信度为0.809。问卷和所有条目的内容效度(CVI)均为1,验证性因子分析显示问卷模型拟合良好。结论:基于ICF理论老年人长期照护需求评估问卷具有较好的信效度,可为评估老年人长期照护需求提供测评工具。
Objective:To develop the long-term care needs assessment questionnaire for the elderly based on China's national conditions,and to test its reliability and validity.Methods:According to the international classification of function,disability and health(ICF)conceptual framework,and combined with the long-term care needs assessment grading index system,which was previously built under the function of the Angle of function,the questionnaire was constructed.After the consultation of five experts and the preliminary survey of 40 elderly people,the questionnaire was used to evaluate 456 elderly people in four communities and five nursing homes in Chongqing,and the reliability and validity of the questionnaire were measured.Results:The constructed questionnaire consisted of four subscales,which were physical function,self-care ability,mental and psychological status,and social function,and 12 dimensions,40 items.The Cronbach'sαcoefficient of the total questionnaire was 0.890,and the Cronbach'sαcoefficient of each subscale were 0.641~0.808.The binary coefficient was 0.809.The content validity(CVI)of the questionnaire and all items were 1,and confirmatory factor analysis showed that the questionnaire model fit well.Conclusions:The questionnaire constructed based on ICF theory had good reliability and validity,and could provide an assessment tool for the assessment of the long-term care needs of the elderly.
