摘要
目的探究居家老年慢性伤口患者护理中引入互联网+护理服务干预模式对自护能力及伤口愈合的影响。方法选取2021年6月至2022年10月赣州市第三人民医院老年内科88例老年慢性伤口患者作为研究对象,依据单双数法分为观察组(44例)、对照组(44例),分别实施互联网+护理服务干预模式、常规护理方法。比较两组患者自护能力、伤口愈合情况、疼痛情况以及护理满意度。结果护理前,两组患者的自护能力比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理后,两组患者的健康知识水平评分、自我概念评分、自我责任感评分、自我护理技能评分均高于本组护理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组健康知识水平评分、自我概念评分、自我责任感评分、自我护理技能评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理前,两组患者的压疮愈合评分量表(PUSH)评分、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理后,两组患者PUSH评分、VAS评分均低于本组治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组PUSH评分、VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组护理满意度,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将互联网+护理服务干预模式应用在居家老年慢性伤口患者护理中对于提升患者自护能力有显著价值,更利于患者伤口愈合,值得临床护理推广。
Objective To explore the effects of Internet+nursing service intervention mode on self-care ability and wound healing of elderly patients with chronic wounds at home.Methods A total of 88 elderly patients with chronic wounds in the geriatric Department of Ganzhou Third People's Hospital from From June 2021 to October 2022 were selected as research objects,and divided into two groups according to the single and even number method.The observation group(44 cases)and the control group(44 cases)were respectively implemented the Internet+nursing service intervention mode and routine nursing method.Self-care ability,wound healing,pain and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in self-care ability between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the score of health knowledge level,self-concept score,self-responsibility score and self-care skill score of the two groups were higher than before nursing,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of health knowledge level,self-concept score,self-responsibility score and self-care skill score of observation group were higher than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in pressure sore healing scale(PUSH)score and visual analog scale(VAS)score between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,PUSH score and VAS score of the two groups were lower than before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);PUSH scores and VAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Internet+nursing service intervention mode in nursing care of elderly patients with chronic wounds at home has significant value in improving patients'self-care ability,and is more conducive to patients'wound healing,which is worthy of clinical nursing promotion.
