摘要
该文要求贯彻"以学生为中心"的教育理念,以提高实战化、体系化装备组织运用能力为目标,设计导航装备虚拟训练及考核一体化平台,使学生真正成为学习的主体,能在教员的有效引导下,快速掌握装备实操、熟悉装备训练考核要求、适应学员岗位任职能力要求,从而提高学习效率。
This paper implements the“student-centered”educational concept,and with the goal of improving the ability of actual combat and systematic equipment organization and utilization,designs an integrated platform for virtual training and assessment of navigation equipment,so that students can truly become the main body of learning,quickly master the actual operation of equipment under the effective guidance of teachers,be familiar with the requirements of equipment training and assessment,adapt to the requirements for job abilities,and improve the learning efficiency.
