摘要
大数据和信息技术的应用为各医院及院内各部门之间信息共享提供了广阔的发展空间,同时也提升了医院的运行效率和综合竞争力。然而,信息共享也存在信息安全与隐私泄露、法规滞后与监管缺失、远程医疗弱化医患共情及数据质量难以保证等伦理风险,在不同程度上阻碍医院信息共享的发展,影响医院整体运行效率。从医学伦理视角分析医院信息共享存在的伦理风险并提出应对策略,以期为推动医院信息共享发展提供参考。
The application of big data and information technology not only provides a broad development space for information sharing among hospitals and departments, but also improves the overall operational efficiency and comprehensive competitiveness of the hospital. However, there are also some ethical risks in information sharing, such as information security and privacy leakage, lag of laws and regulations and lack of supervision, telemedicine weakening doctor-patient empathy and data quality is difficult to guarantee, which restricts the development of hospital information sharing to some extent and affect the overall operational efficiency of the hospital. Based on the perspective of medical ethics, this paper analyzed the ethical risks of hospital information sharing and seeks countermeasures, in order to provide references for promoting the development of hospital information sharing.
