摘要
目的研究目前哪些因素、如何影响医院间的医疗信息共享意愿。方法首先通过文献研究与半结构化访谈得出潜在影响因素,提出假设模型;而后通过基于试验设计的情景角色扮演实验,以问卷为载体进行实验,并采用自助重抽样法对数据进行处理和分析,对假设模型进行验证、修正和解释。结果认可与认识因素水平、效益—风险比、外部强制力均对医院间的信息共享意愿具有显著作用;技术能力、信任因素水平没有显著影响。结论结果表明,认可与认识因素水平、效益-风险比、外部强制力的提高均能有效提高医院的信息共享意愿。因此,对应的措施包括增强政府针对医院信息共享工作的绩效考核和管理监督,建立完善政府对医院信息共享的激励机制,积极开展医疗信息共享的定点示范和普及工作。
Objective To study the factors affecting information sharing among hospitals.Methods Using literature review method to sum up the factors and semi-structed interview method to build model assumptions.The assumptions were examined by a scenario-based experiment with bootstrap analyzing method.Results The top three factors affecting information sharing among hospitals are recognition,benefit-risk ratio and external force.Trust and technical ability have no significant effect.Conclusion The results show that the increase of recognition,benefit-risk ratio and external force can improve hospital’s willingness to share information.Thus,actions can be taken like enhancing the government’s performance evaluation and supervision of hospital’s information sharing process,establishing proper incentive mechanism,setting examples and letting hospitals know the benefits of medical information sharing.
