摘要
目的观察膝部调衡法治疗膝骨性关节炎的安全性和有效性。方法选取2019年1—12月期间就诊于长春中医药大学附属第三临床医院并符合膝骨性关节炎患者72例作为研究对象,采用随机,单盲,平行对照临床观察进行验证性研究,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用常规推拿治疗,观察组采用膝部调衡法,每组各36例。比较治疗前后症状体征的积分变化、安全性和有效性。结果治疗前,两组患者的Lequesne-Mery评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,与治疗前相比,所有患者的LequesneMery评分均得到改善,且观察组的评分均低于对照组患者,且差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者在运动时和压痛点的VAS评分无统计学差异(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组的两项VAS评分(运动时和压痛点)评分都低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的临床有总效率为83.33%,显著优于对照组患者的61.11%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用膝部调衡法治疗膝骨性关节炎的疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the safety and efficacy of knee balancing method on knee osteoarthritis.Methods A total of 72 cases with knee osteoarthritis admitted to the Third Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Chinese Medicine were selected as the research objects.Randomized,single blind,parallel controlled clinical observation was adopted to carry out the confirmatory research,and patients were randomly divided into the observation group(n=36)and the control group(n=36).The control group was treated with conventional massage,while the observation group was treated with knee balancing method.The score changes,safety and efficacy of symptoms and signs before and after treatment were compared.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in Lequesne-Mery score between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).After treatment,compared with before treatment,the Lequesne-Mery scores of all patients were improved,and the scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in VAS scores between the two groups of patients during exercise and tenderness point(P>0.05).After treatment,the two VAS scores(during exercise and tenderness point)in the observation group were both lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The clinical total effective rate of patients in the observation group was 83.33%,significantly superior to 61.11%of patients in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Knee balancing method is effective on knee osteoarthritis,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
