摘要
传统的基于ARM9和ZigBee的追踪溯源系统以及基于STM32的追踪溯源系统存在抗干扰能力较差,导致其传输的冷链食品信息与实际信息吻合度较低,致使追踪溯源效果不理想。针对这一问题,在设计SSH架构层次集成处理物流信息的基础上,结合遗传算法提取追踪与溯源特征,并设计冷链物流追踪方案。实验发现:在90次的识别实验中,该系统的有效识别次数较高,最低有效次数也可达到83次,且其平均溯源成功率可达到94.55%。结果表明该系统能够有效实现对冷链物流信息的追踪与溯源。
The traditional tracking and traceability system based on ARM9 and ZigBee and the tracking and traceability system based on STM32 have poor anti-interference ability,which leads to the low consistency between the cold chain food information transmitted and the actual information,resulting in poor tracking and traceability effect.In order to solve this problem,on the basis of designing SSH framework to process logistics information,genetic algorithm was combined to extract tracking and traceability features,and the cold chain logistics tracking scheme was designed.The experimental results show that in recognition experiments of 90 times,the effective recognition times of the system are available,the minimum effective times can reach 83 times,and the average success rate of traceability can reach 94.55%.The results show that the system can effectively track and trace the cold chain logistics information.
