摘要
光伏扶贫是国家推进产业扶贫的重要组成部分,是新时期精准扶贫的重要内容。近几年,中国光伏扶贫事业蓬勃发展,但是很多地区在建设光伏电站时,其电站类型选择不当,给后期运维及电网消纳带来了不小的压力。运用模糊层次分析法,考虑运维、消纳和收益等多方面影响因素,建立选取光伏电站类型的层次结构模型,计算各影响因素的权重值,得出最佳的选择方案。通过案例分析,验证了此方法在光伏电站类型选取上的可行性和指导作用,为各地区光伏扶贫产业以及分布式光伏发展提供了新思路。
Photovoltaic industry poverty alleviation is the national important component about industrial poverty alleviation,which is the important content of targeted poverty alleviation in the new period.In recent years,China is booming the photovoltaic poverty alleviation,but there are many problems about parts of the building photovoltaic power station randomly selected type of problem in many area,which brought considerable pressure to later operation and maintenance and power grid consumption.In order to solve this problem effectively,this paper uses the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,considering the influence of various factors,to establish the selection of photovoltaic power station type hierarchy model,to calculate the weight value of each affecting factor,to concludethe best option.Through case analysis,the feasibility and guiding role of this method in the selection of photovoltaic power station types are verified,which provides a new idea for the development of photovoltaic poverty alleviation in various regions.
