Cu/Ce_(0.75)Zr_(0.25)O_(2)催化剂制备及其催化乙醇干气重整反应性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用微波辅助尿素共沉淀法制备Cu/Ce_(0.75)Zr_(0.25)O_(2)催化剂,并使用Cu/Ce_(0.75)Zr_(0.25)O_(2)催化剂催化乙醇干气重整反应。试验结果表明,该催化剂具有较高的催化活性,且随反应温度的升高而增大,750℃下反应90h后,其催化剂活性保持稳定,乙醇转化率仍保持100%。 Cu/Ce_(0.75)Zr_(0.25)O_(2) catalysts was prepared by urea coprecipitation with assistant of microwave.The activity and stability of the catalyst for ethanol dry gas reforming was studied.The result showed that the Cu/Ce_(0.75)Zr_(0.25)O_(2) catalyst possessing high catalytic activity.The activity increased with the rising of the reaction temperature.The catalyst stayed stable under 750℃during the 90-hour reaction process and the conversion factor of ethanol remained 100%.
