摘要
综述了国内外近年来烃类和醇类重整制氢催化剂及制氢工艺的研究进展,讨论了不同原料(炼厂气、煤层气、液态烃、地沟油、甲醇、乙醇)和不同方式(水蒸气重整、部分氧化、自热重整、膜分离-反应耦合制氢等)制氢技术的特点。现阶段大宗氢气的生产依然来源于烃类水蒸气重整技术,烃类分解制氢和炭黑技术日益引起关注,膜分离-反应耦合制氢、甲醇的低温重整制氢以及一氧化碳的净化是重整制氢技术今后的主要发展方向。
Recent progress in research and development on hydrogen production by reformmgs oi hydrocarbons and alcohols, including technologies of catalysts and processes, were reviewed. Characteristics of different methods (steam reforming, partial oxidation, auto-thermal reforming, membrane separation-reaction coupling process) and different feed stock (refinery gas, coal bed gas, liquid hydrocarbon, waste cooking oil, methanol and ethanol etc. ) for hydrogen production were discussed. Current production of hydrogen still mainly depends on steam reforming of hydrocarbons but technologies of hydrogen and carbon black production from decomposition of hydrocarbons have attracted much attention in recent years. Membrane separation-reaction coupling process, steam reforming of methanol at low temperature and purification of reforming gas will be the important orientations for research and development of hydrogen production technologies in future.
