摘要
固定资产管理是医院绩效评价的重要组成部分,是建立现代医院管理制度的基础工作之一,是公立医院绩效评价指标体系中的重要指标。在智慧化医院建设背景下,从固定资产管理的各个环节及信息化水平剖析公立医院固定资产管理的常见问题,结合最新的资产报废年限及资产处置申报文件规定,从资产标准化配置、全生命周期管理、移动资产清查系统建设、轻资产运营、大数据运用等方面提出管理建议。
Fixed asset management is an important part of the performance appraisal of the hospital which is essential for building modern hospital management system.Moreover,it’s a crucial factor in performance evaluation system of public hospitals.This paper will not only analyze the common problems during the general management of fixed asset in terms of the process and information technology against the background of building intelligent hospitals,but also put forward suggestions on equipment and furnishing standardization,total life cycle management,moving inspection system,light asset operation strategy and big data analysis according to the newest rules concerning life limit of asset abandonment and application of asset disposal.
