摘要
北方乡镇和村庄大部分地区排水管网不完善,大量污水得不到处理,直接排入河道,造成水体黑臭。本文以通州农村水环境项目为例,分析了目前农村生活污水治理发展背景和存在的问题,梳理了项目在设计阶段及施工阶段的工作思路和控制要点,对单村建站和联村建站进行了经济比选。并总结了污水治理联村建站模式下的生态环境效益、社会效益和经济效益。
In most areas of northern towns and villages,the drainage pipe network is imperfect,and a large amount of sewage is not treated,which is directly discharged into rivers,resulting in black and smelly water.Taking the water environment project in Tongzhou District as an example,this paper analyzes the current development background and existing problems of rural domestic sewage treatment,combs the working ideas and control points of the project in the design and construction stages,makes economic comparison between“single village”station construction and“joint villages”station construction,and summarizes the ecological environmental benefits,social benefits and economic benefits under the mode of sewage treatment joint village station construction.
