薄煤层综采工作面采煤机截割速度自适应调节技术 被引量:2

Adaptive Adjustment Technology of Shearer Cutting Speed in Thin Coal Seam Fully Mechanized Mining Face

摘要 针对高瓦斯薄煤层综采工作面自动化开采期间因高瓦斯造成采煤机频繁停机、自动化开采效率低等问题,通过在工作面瓦斯浓度自动监测系统与工作面采煤机自动化截煤工艺之间建立连接点,对工作面生产作业过程中采煤机截煤运行速度及采煤机作业位置距工作面上隅角距离与工作面瓦斯浓度变化之间的关系进行研究分析,掌握其变化规律,提出薄煤层综采工作面自动化开采工艺中采煤机截割速度自适应调节技术并制定实施策略。通过现场实测发现,工作面采煤机机身位置及上隅角位置处的瓦斯浓度与采煤机截割速度呈正相关,工作面上隅角瓦斯浓度变化与采煤机和上隅角位置之间距离呈负相关。工业性试验结果表明::该技术方案对于有效解决薄煤层高瓦斯综采工作面自动化开采技术及瓦斯控制难题起到很好的作用,具有重要的推广应用价值。 Aiming at the problems of frequent stoppage of shearer and low efficiency of automatic mining caused by high gas during the automatic mining of fully mechanized mining face in high gas thin seam, established a connection point between the automatic monitoring system of working face gas concentration and the automatic coal cutting process of working face shearer, and focused on the coal cutting speed and working position of shearer in the production process of working face, studied and analyzed the relationship between the distance from the upper corner of the working face and the change of gas concentration in the working face, grasp its change law, put forward the self-adaptive adjustment technology of shearer cutting speed in the automatic mining technology of the fully mechanized mining face in thin coal seam, and formulated the implementation strategy. Through the field measurement, the gas concentration at the position of the shearer body and the upper corner of the working face was found there is a positive correlation between the gas concentration and the cutting speed of the shearer, and negative correlation between the gas concentration in the upper corner of the working face and the relative distance between the shearer and the upper corner. The industrial test results showed that the technical scheme plays good role in effectively solving the problems of automatic mining technology and gas control in thin coal seam high gas fully mechanized mining face,and has important popularization and application value.
