摘要
目的探讨优质护理干预在ICU呼吸机依赖患者中的应用效果。方法 80例呼吸机依赖患者随机分为两组各40例,对照组采取常规ICU护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上采用优质护理干预,比较两组的干预效果。结果观察组的撤机成功率高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,机械通气时间、呼吸机使用时间、住ICU时间均短于对照组(P <0.05)。干预后,观察组的心理健康评分、生存质量评分均优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论优质护理干预应用于ICU呼吸机依赖患者能够提高撤机成功率,降低并发症发生率,改善患者心理健康水平及生存质量。
Objective To explore the application effect of high quality nursing intervention in ventilator dependent patients in ICU.Methods 80 ventilator dependent patients were randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine ICU nursing intervention,and the observation group received high quality nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results The success rate of withdrawal of observation group was higher than that of control group,the incidence of complications was lower than that of control group,and the duration of mechanical ventilation,ventilator application time and ICU staying time were shorter than those of control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the mental health score and quality of life score of observation group were better than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions High quality nursing intervention applied in ventilator dependent patients in ICU can improve the success rate of withdrawal,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve the mental health level and quality of life of patients.
