摘要
通过对循环冷却水系统实现零排放的途径进行分析,并对膜技术处理排污水及加酸+膜技术处理排污水等预浓缩方式与循环冷却水常规运行作技术经济比较,证实膜技术用于循环冷却水零排放是可行的,且加酸+膜技术处理排污水的预浓缩方式兼具技术优势和成本优势,既提高了处理能力又降低了生产成本,为工程项目的设计和运行提供了一定的参考价值。
This paper analyzes the ways to achieve zero emission in recirculated cooling water system. It makes technical and economic comparisons between the pre-concentration methods such as membrane technology and acid-plus-membrane technology to treat sewage with the conventional operation method of recirculated cooling water. Through the analysis and comparison, it is proved that membrane technology is feasible for zero emission of recirculated cooling water and the pre-concentration method of acid-plus-membrane technology to treat sewage has both technical and cost advantages. Adopting membrane technology can improve the processing capacity as well as reduce the production cost, which provides some reference value for the design and operation of engineering projects.
