摘要
我国结直肠癌发病率、病死率高,目前的治疗手段以手术治疗、放化疗、分子靶向治疗、免疫治疗及综合治疗为主。中医药治疗在防治癌前病变,减轻放化疗的不良反应,延缓复发转移,缓解症状,提高患者生活质量及延长生存期均有一定的优势。该文对近年来中西医结合治疗结直肠癌的研究进展及热点问题进行论述,以期裨益于临床。
The incidence and mortality rate of colorectal cancer in China are high,and the treatment methods of western medicine are mainly surgical treatment,radiotherapy and chemotherapy,molecular targeted therapy,immunotherapy and comprehensive therapy.TCM treatment has certain advantages in the prevention and treatment of precancerous lesions,reducing the adverse reactions of radiotherapy and chemotherapy,delaying recurrence and metastasis,relieving symptoms,improving the quality of life and prolonging the survival period.In this paper,the research progress and hot issues of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of colorectal cancer in recent years were briefly reviewed,in order to be beneficial to clinical practice.
