摘要
近年来,关于肠道菌群失衡致结直肠癌的研究成了热点,而中药治病多以口服形式进入肠道,直接与菌群相互作用发挥疗效,在优化菌群结构、保护肠道微生态平衡方面的作用不容小觑。本文以中医理论为指导,结合结直肠癌各证型中菌群变化特点,探讨中药与菌群相互作用治疗结直肠癌的积极作用,以此展望中药调整菌群治疗结直肠癌的研究方向。
In recent years,the research on colorectal cancer caused by imbalance of intestinal flora has become a hot topic.However,traditional Chinese medicine is mostly used in the treatment of intestinal tract by oral administration,which directly interacts with the flora to play a role in optimizing the flora structure and protecting the intestinal microecological balance.Guided by the theory of traditional Chinese medicine and combined with the characteristics of flora changes in various syndromes of colorectal cancer,this paper discusses the active role of interaction between traditional Chinese medicine and flora in the treatment of colorectal cancer,and looks forward to the possible research direction of traditional Chinese medicine in regulating flora in the treatment of colorectal cancer.
