摘要
目的探讨脑肿瘤术后患者出院时的症状及患者对延续护理的需求。方法选取2017年9月至2019年2月间中国医学科学院北京协和医学院肿瘤医院收治的行脑肿瘤手术的155例患者,采用中文版安德森脑肿瘤症状调查表进行症状调查,用自制延续护理需求问卷对患者出院后延续护理需求进行调查。结果脑肿瘤术后患者出院时存在症状较多,前五项为口干、疲乏、睡眠不安、视力受损和急躁,对日常生活产生一定困扰。患者对延续性护理的知晓率为14.8%,需要延续护理者61.3%。结论脑肿瘤术后患者出院时仍存在较多症状,但对延续护理知晓不足,需加强宣教,并根据需要在出院后提供恰当的延续护理服务。
Objective To investigate and analyze symptoms at discharged and needs for continuing nursing in patients with brain tumors after surgery. Methods A total of 155 patients who underwent surgery for brain tumors were selected at Cancer Hospital,Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences Peking Union Medical College from September 2017 to February 2019. The symptoms were investigated with Chinese version of Anderson brain tumor symptom questionnaire,and the needs for continuing nursing care after discharge were investigated with the self-made questionnaire. Results After brain tumor surgery,patients were discharged with many symptoms. The top five symptoms were dry mouth,fatigue,restless sleep,impaired vision and impatience,which caused some troubles in daily life. However,only 14. 8% patients were aware of the continuing nursing care,and 61. 3% patients indicated the need for continuing nursing care.Conclusion Many symptoms still exist in patients with brain tumors after surgery,but their knowledge on continuing care is insufficient. Publicity and education is needed and appropriate continuing care services should be provided after discharge according to patient needs.
