摘要
文章重点针对页岩气平台井工厂化压裂施工过程中,高压管汇在压裂工作过程中会出现失效爆裂风险的问题进行了全面分析,高压管汇失效爆裂对整个生产工作造成了巨大的影响和威胁,因此必须要找到高压管汇出现爆裂事故问题的原因,并且提出针对性的安全事故控制方案,全面完善高压管汇使用工作技术以及相关管理工作制度,保证页岩气压裂作业的安全稳定进行。
This paper focuses on the shale gas platform well factory fracturing construction process,high-pressure manifold in the process of fracturing work will appear the risk of failure and burst of a comprehensive analysis,high-pressure manifold failure and burst of the whole production work caused a huge impact and threat,so it is necessary to find out the cause of high-pressure manifold burst accident,and put forward targeted safety measures In order to ensure the safety and stability of shale gas fracturing operation,the whole accident control scheme,the working technology and relevant management system of high-pressure manifold are comprehensively improved.
