三通Y型管汇冲蚀规律研究 被引量:16

摘要 为了研究流体对不同Y形夹角三通管汇的冲蚀规律,建立夹角为30°,60°,90°,120°,150°,180°的三维模型,使用ICEM划分网格,利用FLUENT软件,对管汇在不同速度、颗粒直径、质量流量、黏度下的冲蚀进行数值模拟。结果表明:采用一进两出工作方式,30°,60°,90°夹角的管汇冲蚀在夹角处,而120°,150°,180°夹角的管汇冲蚀在夹角两侧,其中120°夹角的管汇冲蚀较小。当管汇Y形夹角不变时,管汇冲蚀随流速增大而增大;管汇冲蚀随着质量流量的增大而增大且呈线性增长趋势;随着颗粒直径增大,夹角30°和180°的管汇冲蚀率波动较大,而夹角120°和150°的管汇冲蚀变化相对稳定,60°和90°夹角的冲蚀率呈上升趋势;随流体黏度增大,管汇冲蚀率在夹角为30°,60°,180°时波动较大,在夹角为90°,120°,150°的冲蚀率波动较小。 In order to study the erosion law of fluids in Y-shaped tee manifolds,the three-dimensional models with angles of 30°,60°,90°,120°,150°and 180°were established.ICEM was used to divide grids,and FLUENT software was used to simulate the erosion of tee manifolds at different velocities,particle diameters,mass flow rates and viscosities.Results showed that in the one-in and two-out mode,the pipe sinks with 30°,60°and 90°angles were eroded at the angle,while those with 120°,150°and 180°angles were eroded on both sides of the angle.Among them,the pile sink with 120°angle of the manifold exhibited less erosion.When the Y-shaped angle of the manifold was constant,the erosion of the manifold increased with the increase of the flow velocity.The erosion of the manifold increased linearly with the increase of mass flow.As the diameter of the particle increased,the erosion rate of the manifolds of the angles 30°and 180°fluctuated greatly,while the erosion of the manifolds of the angles 120°and 150°was relatively stable,and the erosion rate of the angles of 60°and 90°presented upward trend.Moreover,as the viscosity of the fluid increased,the erosion rate of the pipe sink fluctuated greatly at the angles of 30°,60°and 180°,and the erosion rate fluctuated less at the angles of 90°,120°and 150°.
