摘要
目的探究改良根治术结合消乳散结胶囊对乳腺癌患者疗效、凝血功能、血液流变学指标影响。方法研究合计纳入61例乳腺癌患者,均由我院2018年1月~2019年10月收治,采取随机数字表法将其分为两组,对照组患者(30例)采取改良根治术治疗,观察组患者(31例)采取改良根治术结合消乳散结胶囊治疗,比较两组患者术后住院时间及术后生活质量评分(KPS评分)、患者术前及术后15 d纤维蛋白原含量(Fbg)及D二聚体(D-D)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(aPTT)、凝血酶原时间(PT)、凝血酶时间(TT)、血浆黏度水平变化、术后血栓发生率,随访1年,观察患者治疗情况。结果观察组患者术后住院时间短于对照组,KPS评分优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者Fbg、D-D、aPTT、PT、TT术前,术后15 d无明显变化(P>0.05);两组患者红细胞变形指数、血浆黏度水平比较,术后15 d红细胞变形指数、血浆黏度水平指标均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者术后血栓发生率(0.00%)低于对照组(10.00%)(P>0.05);随访1年观察组患者情况优于对照组。结论改良根治术结合消乳散结胶囊治疗乳腺癌临床疗效显著,患者恢复较好,安全可靠,值得应用。
Objective To explore the effects of improved root therapy combined with degassing capsules on the efficacy,clotting function and blood fluidity index of breast cancer patients.Methods The study included a total of 61 breast cancer patients,all of which were admitted by our hospital from January 2018 to October 2019,divided into two groups by random numeric table method,improved root treatment in control group patients(30 cases),and improved root treatment in observation group patients(31 cases)combined with deculation capsule therapy to compare the length of hospitalization and postoperative surgery of two groups of patients Quality of life score(KPS score),preoperative and postoperative 15 d fibrinogen content(Fbg)and D-D,active partial Prothrombin time(aPTT),Prothrombin time(PT),thrombin time(TT),plasma viscosity level changes,postoperative thrombosis rate,follow-up 1 year,to observe the patient’s treatment.Results The postoperative hospitalization time was shorter than that of the control group,the KPS score was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),There was no significant change in 15 d after surgery in two groups of patients Fbg,D-D,aPTT,PT,TT(P>0.05),Postoperative 15 d red blood cell deformation index and plasma viscosity level index were better than control group(P<0.05),The postoperative thrombosis rate(0.00%)was lower in patients in the observation group than in the control group(10.00%).Patients in the follow-up 1-year observation group were better than those in the control group.Conclusion The clinical efficacy of improved root therapy combined with dectox capsules to treat breast cancer is remarkable,and the recovery of patients is better,safe and reliable,and worthy of application.
