摘要
采用事故树分析法(FTA)对液氨罐车泄漏事故进行研究,对泄漏原因进行系统综合分析,依此绘制事故树。采用Fussell法求取液氨罐车泄漏事故的最小割集,通过布尔代数法,对最小割集进行逻辑运算,确定基本事件的重要度与因素权重。经分析,外界环境因素及人员因素是导致液氨罐车泄漏的主要因素,并据此给出预防液氨罐车泄漏事故发生的有效措施。
FTA method was used to study the leakage accident of liquid ammonia tank truck and comprehensively analyze the leakage causes and finally formed the fault tree.The minimum cut set of leakage accident of liquid ammonia tank truck was obtained by Fussell method,and importance and weight of basic event were determined by using Boolean algebra to conduct the logic calculation on minimum cut set.It was shown the external environmental factors and personnel factors were main factors which lead to the leakage of liquid ammonia tank truck,and based on the analysis,some effective measures to prevent the leakage accident of liquid ammonia tank vehicles were formulated.
