摘要
实验技术队伍是支撑高校人才培养、科学研究及社会服务不可或缺的力量。近年来,我国高校体量迅速增大,实验室“高精尖”仪器设备数量较快增长、配置不断提高。而作为高校实验室的软实力,实验技术队伍建设相对滞后于学校整体发展。调研了50所高校实验技术队伍建设的发展现状,在比较视域下深入分析我国不同地区高校实验技术队伍在人才引进、队伍培训、职称晋升及评价激励等方面存在的现状差异,并提出了实验技术队伍稳定发展的政策建议。
University experimental technical staff is the indispensable power that could support talent training,scientific research and social service.Recently,the number of precise and advanced experimental equipment is increased quickly due to the incremental university mass.As the experimental soft power,the construction of experimental technical staff is relatively lagging.The current situation of 50 university experimental technical staff was investigated.The difference of talent recruitment,team training,title promotion,evaluation and motivation system in different regional colleges was compared.The results would help provide theoretical basis for reference in coordinated development.
