摘要
实验技术系列人员是高校实验教学和科研的重要保障队伍。文章分析了我国高校实验技术队伍存在的主要问题,并以北京林业大学为例,提出明确实验技术队伍主责主业、科学测算岗位职数、优化职称和岗位层级设置、改革考评与职称评审制度、实施人才支持计划五项改革措施,遵循实验技术人才职业特点,激发主动性、积极性和创造性,为其他高校人才制度改革提供了新思路。
Laboratory technician are important part of the university talent team. Firstly, the authors analyzed the main problems exist in laboratory technician teams in universities. Then, taking Beijing Forestry University as an example, the authors proposed five measures to stimulate the enthusiasm, initiative, and creativity of laboratory technicians: defining the main responsibility of the teams, scientifically measuring the number of teams, optimizing the title and job level settings, reforming evaluation, and title appraisal system, and implementing talent support plan. By respecting the law of development, modernized management model could be established, which is helpful to other university in the reforming of laboratory technician team management.
