摘要
临床实践技能是执业医师从事临床工作的基础,是临床教学的核心教学内容。临床实践技能是临床教学中核心的教学内容,是临床执业医师从事临床工作的基础和根本,实践技能培训质量的优劣直接关系到医学生未来从事医疗工作的能力和水平。受当下多重因素的影响,临床实践技能教学弱化的现象日趋严重。通过分析临床课程教学阶段实践教学的现状和临床实习教学阶段存在问题,梳理改进思路,进行统筹规划和整体布局,以加强医学生临床实践技能训练为目的,搭建实践技能教学平台,构建器官系统融合的临床教学体系,推进"两结合、三阶段"的实习教学模式,改革考核方式,打造实践技能师资队伍,综合施策,着力探索提高医学生临床实践技能水平的方法和途径。
Clinical practice skills are the core content of clinical teaching and the foundation for clinical practitioners to engage in clinical work.The quality of practical skills training is directly related to the ability and level of medical students to engage in medical work.Under the influence of multiple factors,the weakening of clinical practice teaching is becoming more and more serious.This paper analyzes the current situation of practical teaching in clinical course teaching stage and problems in clinical practice teaching stage.Then the paper sorts out the improvement ideas,and conducts overall planning and overall layout.We believe that the teaching platform of practical skills should be set up to strengthen the training of clinical practice skills of medical students,and the clinical teaching system of organ system integration also ought to build.In addition,it is necessary to promote the practice teaching mode of"two combination,three stages".Accordingly reform appraisal way,and build practice skill teacher troops.Comprehensive measures are used to explore the methods and approaches to improve the clinical practice skills of medical students.
