摘要
目的:分析手术室无缝隙干预对开放性四肢骨折患者术后切口感染发生及QOL评分的影响。方法:选取2018年1月~2020年1月100例医院接收手术治疗的开放性四肢骨折患者,随机分为对照组和研究组。对照组采取常规手术室护理,研究组采取手术室无缝隙干预,比较两组患者手术相关指标以及QOL评分。结果:研究组手术时间、术中出血量、术中低体温发生率、术后切口感染发生率均明显优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组QOL评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:手术室无缝隙干预在开放性四肢骨折患者围手术期的应用能够降低术后切口感染发生率,改善患者的生活质量。
Objective:To analyze the influence of seamless intervention in operating room on postoperative incision infection and QOL score in patients with open limb fractures.Methods:From January 2018 to January 2020,100 patients with open limb fractures received surgical treatment in a hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with conventional operating room nursing,while the study group was treated with seamless intervention.Operative indicators and QOL scores were compared between the two groups.Results:The operative time,intraoperative blood loss,incidence of intraoperative hypothermia and postoperative incision infection in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).QOL score of study group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of operating room seamless intervention in perioperative period can reduce the incidence of postoperative incision infection and improve the quality of life of patients with open limb fractures.
