摘要
目的探析骨科患者手术干预中,实施手术室优质护理干预对预防骨科伤口感染的临床应用价值分析。方法随机选取2020年1—11月该院收治的骨科手术患者116例,根据随机数字表分为基础护理干预组和手术室优质护理干预组,各58例,对比分析两组患者护理效果。结果优质组患者护理服务质量满意、非常满意例数总占比94.83%,基础组患者护理服务质量满意、非常满意例数总占比82.76%,组间差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.245,P=0.039);优质组患者的伤口愈合效果优于基础组,组间差异有统计学意义(Z=-3.125,P<0.05);在骨科伤口感染率方面,基础组骨科伤口感染率13.79%,优质组3.45%,组间差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.940,P=0.047);且在患者生活质量评分方面,基础组生理状态(19.51±1.75)分、心理情绪(19.35±1.85)分、情绪干预(19.82±1.54)分、自我效能(19.64±1.97)分低于优质组生理状态(22.64±1.41)分、心理情绪(22.15±1.52)分、情绪干预(23.45±1.25)分、自我效能(22.85±1.65)分,组间差异有统计学意义(t=10.607、8.906、13.938、9.513,P<0.001)。结论骨科患者的手术干预中,基于手术室优质护理干预的临床实施,更加有效地帮助患者改善生理状态,同时促进患者术后伤口愈合,提升临床护理质量,应用价值显著。
Objective To analyze the clinical application value of high-quality nursing intervention in the operation room for the prevention of orthopedic wound infection in the surgical intervention of orthopedic patients.Methods A total of 116 orthopedic surgery patients admitted to the hospital from January to November 2020 were randomly selected and divided into basic nursing intervention group and operating room high-quality nursing intervention group according to the random number table,58 cases in each group,and the nursing effect between the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The number of patients in the high-quality group who were satisfied with the quality of care services and very satisfied accounted for 94.83%of the total,and the total number of patients in the basic group was satisfied with the quality of nursing service,and the total number of very satisfied cases accounted for 82.76%,the difference between the groups was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.245,P=0.039);the wound healing effect of patients in the high-quality group was better than that of the basic group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(Z=-3.125,P<0.05);in terms of the infection rate of orthopedic wounds,the infection rate of orthopedic wounds in the basic group was 13.79%,the quality group was 3.45%,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(χ^(2)=3.940,P=0.047);and in terms of the patient's quality of life score,the basic group's physical status(19.51±1.75)points,psychological and emotional(19.35±1.85)points,emotional intervention(19.82±1.54)points,self-efficacy(19.64±1.97)points were lower than the high-quality group physical state(22.64±1.41)points,psychological and emotional(22.15±1.52)points,emotional intervention(23.45±1.25)points,self-efficacy(22.85±1.65)points,the difference between groups was statistically significant(t=10.607,8.906,13.938,9.513,P<0.001).Conclusion In the surgical intervention of orthopedic patients,the clinical implementation of high-quality nursing intervention in the operating room is more effective in helping patients improve their physiological status,while promoting wound healing after surgery,improving the quality of clinical care,and has significant application value.
