摘要
目的探讨理性情绪疗法结合互动情景式护理对眼部肿瘤患者围术期心理应激反应及自我感受负担的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2020年1月收治的接受手术治疗的70例眼部肿瘤患者为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组和观察组,各35例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在此基础上加以理性情绪疗法结合互动情景式护理,比较两组的护理效果。结果干预后,观察组的SAS、SDS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的心理负担、经济负担、治疗负担、照护负担评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的面对评分高于对照组,回避和屈服评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论理性情绪疗法结合互动情景式护理有助于减轻眼部肿瘤患者围术期心理应激反应,改善自我感受负担,也能促进患者应对方式改善,值得推广。
Objective To explore the effects of rational emotional therapy combined with interactive situational nursing on psychological stress response and self-feeling burden of patients with ocular tumor during perioperative period.Methods A total of 70 patients with ocular tumor who received surgical treatment from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given rational emotional therapy combined with interactive situational nursing on this basis.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After the intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of psychological burden,economic burden,treatment burden and care burden of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the face score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the scores of avoidance and yield were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Rational emotional therapy combined with interactive situational nursing can help reduce the perioperative psychological stress,improve self-perception burden,and promote the improvement of coping styles of patients with ocular tumor.It is worthy of promotion.
