摘要
目的分析对精神分裂症患者施行中医护理方法干预的护理效果。方法选择该院自2019年1—12月收治的84例精神分裂症患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法将其分成对照组(42例,干预方式为常规护理)和研究组(42例,干预方式为中医护理方法),对比两组患者护理前后的精神症状评分、攻击行为评分、社会功能评分、护理总有效率及家属对护理工作的总满意率。结果护理前,两组患者精神症状评分、攻击行为评分、社会功能评分对比差异无统计学意义(t=0.044、0.352、0.022,P>0.05),护理后,研究组患者精神症状评分(24.16±2.06)分、攻击行为评分(0.84±0.27)分均显著低于对照组(39.15±2.67)分、(2.81±0.25)分,研究组患者社会功能评分(34.26±3.62)分、护理总有效率(97.62%)及家属对护理工作的总满意率(97.62%)均显著高于对照组(25.71±2.52)分、66.67%、69.05%,两组对比差异有统计学意义(t=28.807、34.696、12.563,χ2=13.716、12.343,P<0.05)。结论采用中医护理方法对精神分裂症患者进行干预,不仅能有效改善患者精神症状,还能避免和减少其攻击行为发生率,以及提高其社会功能,从而能全面提高患者预后效果,进而有助于提高家属对护理工作的满意度。
Objective To analyze the nursing effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing interventions for patients with schizophrenia.Methods The 84 patients with schizophrenia admitted to the hospital from January to December 2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into a control group(42 cases,the intervention method is routine care)and a study group(42 cases,the intervention)using a random number table method The method is traditional Chinese medicine nursing method),the psychiatric symptom score,aggressive behavior score,social function score,total effective rate of nursing and the total satisfaction rate of family members for nursing work were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.Results Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of mental symptoms,aggressive behavior,and social function between the two groups(t=0.044,0.352,0.022,P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of mental symptoms in the study group were(24.16±2.06)points,aggressive behavior score(0.84±0.27)points were significantly lower than the control group(39.15±2.67)points,(2.81±0.25)points,the study group patients'social function score(34.26±3.62)points,the total nursing effective rate(97.62%)and the total satisfaction rate of family members for nursing work(97.62%)were significantly higher than the control group(25.71±2.52)points,66.67%,69.05%,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(t=28.807,34.696,12.563,χ2=13.716,12.343,P<0.05).Conclusion Intervention of schizophrenic patients with traditional Chinese medicine nursing methods can not only effectively improve the patients'mental symptoms,but also avoid and reduce the incidence of aggressive behaviors,and improve their social functions,which can comprehensively improve the prognosis of patients and help improve the satisfaction of family members with nursing work.
