摘要
目的探讨对精神分裂症患者的护理中采取多维度康复护理的应用疗效及生活质量改善情况。方法按“随机数字表”法将2019年3月-2020年8月在各医院治疗的86例精神分裂症患者分为对照组和观察组,每组43例,对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取多维度康复护理,对比两组护理干预前后的负面情绪,生活质量、精神分裂症症状及认知能力,对比两组护理后的满意度和复发率情况。结果干预前,两组患者的各方面评分差异不大,无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组的焦虑、抑郁、精神分裂症症状评分均低于对照组,生活质量(社会功能、精神状态、躯体功能和生理功能)及认知能力评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的复发率明显低于对照组,满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多维度康复护理能有效的改善精神分裂症患者的焦虑、抑郁等负面情绪,改善精神分裂症症状,降低了疾病的复发率,提升患者的认知能力和生活质量,提升护理满意度,值得推广。
Objective To explore application curative effect and life quality improvement of multidimensional rehabilitation nursing in nursing of schizophrenia patients.Methods According to"random number table"method,the paper divided 86 cases schizophrenic patients treated in various hospitals from March 2019 to August 2020 into control group and observation group,with 43 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine nursing and observation group with multidimensional rehabilitation nursing.Negative emotions,life quality,schizophrenic symptoms and cognitive ability between two groups before and after nursing intervention was compared,satisfaction degree and recurrence rate after nursing was compared between two groups.Results Before intervention,there was no significant difference between two groups,(P>0.05).After nursing,scores of anxiety,depression and schizophrenia in observation group were lower than control group,scores of life quality(social function,mental state,physical function and physiological function)and cognitive ability in observation group were better than control group,(P<0.05).Recurrence rate of observation group was significantly lower than control group,satisfaction degree was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Multidimensional rehabilitation nursing can improve negative emotions of anxiety and depression,schizophrenia symptoms of schizophrenic patients effectively,reduce recurrence rate,improve their cognitive ability,life quality and nursing satisfaction degree,which is worthy of promotion.
