摘要
为了明确水稻稻曲病病原菌生物学特性并且筛选出有效控制稻曲病的药剂,故选择在不同条件下培养稻曲病菌,采用十字交叉法测其菌落直径。然后通过配制不同浓度的含药培养基培养稻曲病菌,并采用菌丝生长速率法测定烯唑醇、丙环唑、咪鲜胺、蛇床子素4种杀菌剂对稻曲病菌的抑制效果。经试验结果表明,生长环境为温度28℃;pH6~pH7;全黑暗的条件下有利于稻曲病菌的生长;不同碳、氮源条件对稻曲病菌生长的影响差异显著,最适合稻曲病菌生长的碳、氮源分别为蔗糖和蛋白胨。所选的4种药剂对稻曲病菌均有不同程度的抑制效果。
In order to clarify the biological characteristics of Ustilaginoidea virens and screen out effective agents for controlling Ustilaginoidea virens,the colony diameter of Ustilaginoidea virens was measured by the cross method under different conditions.Ustilaginoidea virens were cultured by preparing different concentrations of culture medium.The inhibitory effects of four fungicides,such as allyl alcohol,prochlorid,prochloraz,and cnidium on the pathogenic bacteria of rice were determined by the hypha growth rate method.The results showed that the growth environment with the temperature of 28℃,pH of 6-7,and total darkness was beneficial to the growth of Ustilaginoidea virens.The effects of different carbon and nitrogen source conditions on the growth of Ustilaginoidea virens were significantly different.Sucrose and peptone were the most suitable carbon and nitrogen sources for the growth of Ustilaginoidea virens.and the selected four agents had varying degrees of inhibitory effects on the Ustilaginoidea virens.
