摘要
目的:调查重庆市农村订单定向医学生全科医生规范化培训满意度及影响因素,为完善培训工作提供依据。方法:采用整群抽样的方法,以重庆市2010级与2011级经全科医生规范化培训的农村订单定向医学生为研究对象进行问卷调查。结果:共得到360份有效问卷,农村订单定向医学生全科规培满意度总平均分为(3.63±0.62)分,不同培训情况的农村订单定向医学生对规培满意度具有明显差异(P<0.05),临床技能中心培训次数、临床培训期间每月参加教学活动的频率是其对全科医生规范化培训满意度的影响因素。结论:农村订单定向医学生规范化培训的总体满意度一般。建议优化临床科室轮转方案,合理安排教学时间;加强全科师资队伍标准化建设,提高其带教水平;充分利用临床技能中心,规范开展教学活动。
Objective:To investigate the satisfaction and influencing factors of standardized training of general practitioners of demand-oriented rural medical students in Chongqing city,to provide basis for further improvement of training work.Methods:The cluster sampling method was used to study the demand-oriented rural medical students in Chongqing who received standardized training of general practitioners in 2010 and 2011 were surveyed.Results:A total of 360 valid questionnaires were obtained.The average total score of standardized training satisfaction in the respondents was(3.63±0.62).Significant variations in standardized training satisfaction score were found to be related to different training situations(P<0.05).The main influencing factors were the number of clinical skill center training,frequency of monthly teaching activities during clinical training.Conclusion:The level of students'satisfaction with the standardized training was"fair".It is suggested to optimize the rotation plan of clinical departments and arrange the teaching time reasonably,Strengthen the standardization construction of trainers and improve their level of teaching,make full use of the clinical skill center.
