摘要
目的分析临床生化检验质量控制管理的方法及效果。方法研究取1000份血生化检验样本进行观察,在2018年2月—2020年4月期间进行,以数字法随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组应用常规的生化检验方式,观察组则实施全程质量控制,比较两组的检验结果(准确率、重现性、时效性、误差值)和误差发生率、检验满意度。结果观察组检查准确率是98.4%(492例),重现性为(0.68±0.21),时效性是(0.35±0.03),误差值为(0.03±0.01),数据均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.606,t=12.268、21.573、14.142,P<0.05);观察组误差发生率为1.0%(5例),低于对照组的3.0%(15例),组间数据差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.102,P<0.05);观察组患者的满意度数据是98.2%(491例),较之于对照组的96.0%(480例)更高,组间差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.297,P<0.05)。结论临床生化检验采取全程质量控制措施能够有效提升结果的准确性,减小误差,确保结果的时效性,提升患者满意度,为疾病的诊断和治疗提供准确的数据参考。
Objective To analyze the methods and effects of quality control and management of clinical biochemical tests.Methods The study took 1000 blood biochemical test samples for observation and conducted from February 2018 to April 2020.Randomly divided into an observation group and a control group based on the number method.The control group used conventional biochemical testing methods,and the observation group implemented whole process of quality control,and the inspection results(accuracy,reproducibility,timeliness,error value)and error occurrence rate and inspection satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The inspection accuracy of the observation group was 98.4%(492 cases),the reproducibility was(0.68±0.21),the timeliness was(0.35±0.03),and the error value was(0.03±0.01).The data were better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.606,t=12.268,21.573,14.142,P<0.05);the total incidence of error in the observation group was 1.0%(5 cases),which was lower than 3.0%of the control group(15 cases).There was a statistically significant difference in data between groups(χ^(2)=5.102,P<0.05);the satisfaction data of patients in the observation group was 98.2%(491 cases),which was higher than 96.0%(480 cases)in the control group.The difference between the groups was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.297,P<0.05).Conclusion Full-process quality control measures in clinical biochemical testing can effectively improve the accuracy of the results,reduce errors,ensure the timeliness of the results,improve patient satisfaction,and provide accurate data references for disease diagnosis and treatment.
