摘要
目的探讨全程优质护理干预联合健康教育对食管癌手术患者心理状况及术后康复的影响。方法选取2016年6月至2020年1月我院收治的食管癌手术患者126例,随机分为对照组和观察组各63例。两组均给予健康教育,对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予全程优质护理干预。比较两组患者干预前后的心理状况及术后康复情况。结果干预后,两组的SAS、 SDS评分均低于干预前,且观察组的SAS、 SDS评分低于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组的进食时间、排气时间、下床活动时间及住院时间均短于对照组(P <0.05)。结论全程优质护理干预联合健康教育可有效改善食管癌手术患者焦虑、抑郁情绪,促进患者术后康复,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the effect of the whole-course high-quality nursing intervention combined with health education on the psychological status and postoperative rehabilitation of patients with esophageal cancer surgery.Methods 126 patients with esophageal cancer surgery admitted to our hospital from June 2016 to January 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 63 cases in each group.Both groups were given health education.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given whole-course high-quality nursing intervention.The psychological status before and after intervention,and postoperative rehabilitation were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were lower than those before intervention,and the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The eating time,exhaust time,ambulation time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Whole-course high-quality nursing intervention combined with health education can effectively improve the anxiety and depression of patients with esophageal cancer surgery,and promote the postoperative recovery,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
