摘要
水利工程的开发一方面为社会带来了巨大的社会效益,但同时也对下游河流的生态环境造成了一定的影响。通过对水库运行方式进行合理管控,进而来调节水利工程对下游河流生态系统的影响已被越来越多的专家学者所接受。随着国家对生态环境方面的愈加重视,国内水库生态调度的研究也越来越多。以河流适宜生态流量的概念为引入点,并针对国内外水库调度研究中河流适宜生态流量的研究方法进行分类总结,阐明目前国内外相关研究的进展。探讨该领域存在的问题,最后提出河流适宜生态流量研究在水库调度方向上的展望。
On the one hand,the development of water conservancy projects has brought social benefits to the society.On the other hand,it also has a certain impact on the ecological environment of downstream rivers.More and more experts and scholars have accepted that the reservoir operation mode should be properly controlled to regulate the impact of water conservancy projects on the downstream river ecosystem.With more and more attention paid to ecological environment,there are more and more researches on reservoir ecological operation in China.This paper takes the concept of river appropriate ecological flow as the introduction point,summarizes the research methods of river appropriate ecological flow in reservoir operation research at home and abroad,and clarifies the current domestic and foreign research progress.The problems existing in this field are discussed.Finally,the prospect of the research on the appropriate ecological flow of rivers in the reservoir operation direction is put forward.
