摘要
近年来,农村结婚的彩礼居高不下,甚至使许多农村家庭因婚致贫返贫。对此,国内外研究主要集中在"婚姻市场"和"礼物秩序"两个框架下,追溯现有文献,有四个方面值得反思:其一,"婚姻市场"的研究进路层层推进,但未将不同地域文化作为变量考量,对不同区域的婚俗研究缺乏解释力;其二,相关实证研究较多、质性研究较少,易忽视其背后的内在诱因、观念塑造及其意义的文化认知;其三,在"婚姻市场"的框架下,如何将西方的理论与我国农村彩礼的现状、变迁与形成机制相结合;其四,"礼物秩序"和"婚姻市场"的研究进路分别源于文化和市场逻辑,因此,剖析其逻辑耦合背后隐藏的实践逻辑更为重要。也只有基于此,才能找到有针对性的治理路径。
In recent years, the bride price of marriage in rural areas is very high, and even causes many rural families to return to poverty due to marriage. In this regard, domestic and foreign researches are mainly focused on the two frames of " marriage market" and " gift order". The existing literatures are worth reflecting on from four aspects: First, the research on " marriage market" is advanced step by step, but different regional cultures are not taken into account as variables, and the research on marriage customs in different regions lacks explanatory power;Secondly, there are more empirical researches and less qualitative researches, which makes it easy to ignore the cultural cognition of the intrinsic inducements, the idea shaping and its significance behind it. Third, under the framework of " marriage market", how to combine the western theories with the current situation, changes and formation mechanism of Chinese rural bride price;Fourthly, the research approaches of " gift order" and " marriage market" are derived from culture and market logic respectively. Therefore, it is more important to analyze the practical logic hidden behind their logical coupling. Only based on this, can we find a targeted governance path.
