摘要
本文主要以克拉玛依石化公司生产的克拉玛依90#基质沥青为原料,通过研究克拉玛依沥青的组分、SBS改性剂加入量、制备技术、稳定剂以及其他外加添加剂等对SBS改性沥青性能的影响,改善了克拉玛依沥青与SBS改性剂的相容性和配伍性差这一缺陷问题,研究获得克拉玛依沥青SBS改性沥青工厂化或基地化生产的实施方案。
In this paper,Karamay 90#base asphalt produced by Karamay Petrochemical Company was used as raw material.The influence of Karamay asphalt composition,SBS modifier dosage,preparation technology,stabilizer and other additives on the performance of SBS modified asphalt was studied.The problem of poor compatibility and compatibility between Karamay asphalt and SBS modifier was improved Obtain the implementation plan of Karamay asphalt SBS modified asphalt factory or base production.
