摘要
工厂化生产SBS改性沥青影响因素很多,从不同组成基质沥青、不同种类稳定剂、添加助剂、发育罐搅拌效果等方面考察了工业生产中SBS改性沥青性能的影响因素。结果表明,不同组成的基质沥青制备改性沥青在发育时间、高低温性能、稳定性方面存在差距;同种基质沥青SBS改性与不同厂家稳定剂配伍性存在差异;添加助剂能够有针对性地善改性沥青高低性能;发育罐搅拌效果对SBS改性沥青的发育时间和产品质量有较大影响。
There are many factors effecting SBS modified asphalt in industrialized production.The factors effecting the performance of SBS modified asphalt in industrialized production are discussed from different aspects of matrix asphalt,different kinds of stabilizers,additives and development tank mixing effect.The results show that there are gaps in development time,high and low temperature performance and stability of modified asphalt prepared by different matrix asphalt.The compatibility of SBS with the same matrix asphalt and the stabilizer of different manufacturers are different.Additives can improved the high and low performance of modified asphalt.Development tank mixing effect has a great impact on the development time and product quality of SBS modified asphalt.
